Many Volunteers are needed to help the Show Chair people.  Be sure to sign up for your 2
hours of service at the show as required for membership.

RAFFLE BASKET and INSTA-WINNER RAFFLE donations are needed!! Any and all
donations are greatly appreciated.  From fabric and notions to new or gently used quilt or
craft related books, and non quilt related items for children and pets.  Any useful items,
ie.mugs, hot chocolate mix, tea, coffee, pet items, gardening items etc.  Donate things you
would like to receive if you won one of these wonderful baskets.

SILENT AUCTION items are needed!!  Get busy sewing.  Wall hangings, pillows, or any
other hand made item may be donated.  Fall and Holiday themed items are always hot in
the bidding war.

QUILTED POSTCARDS will once again be available for purchase at the quilt show, to
benefit the Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk, Inc. organizations.  All members
are welcome to make and donate quilted postcards for this worthy cause.  There will be
classes at Sewtime Sewing in Lake Grove.  Dates and times are to be announced.  Any
questions or donations can be given to Michele Miroff at the general meetings.  Thank you.
